1. Use of Services
1.1 Excessive CPU, Bandwidth, or Disk Space Usage – Using system resources beyond your plan’s allowance or in a way that affects other customers is prohibited.
1.2 Excessive Resource Usage – Scripts or programs that consume excessive CPU or memory (as determined by our company) may be restricted, modified, or disabled.
1.3 Background Processes – Running background applications without written consent is not permitted and will be treated as server abuse.
1.4 Pornography – Hosting or transmission of pornographic material (other than softcore artistic content approved by our company) is prohibited.
1.5 Prohibited Content – Hosting or distributing copyrighted software, warez, hacking/cracking tools, or malicious applications is strictly forbidden.
1.6 Server Abuse – Any misuse of server resources will result in immediate account termination.
1.7 Email Abuse (Spam) – Sending unsolicited or bulk commercial emails is not allowed.
1.8 Reselling for Free – Reselling any part of our company services without charge is not permitted.
1.9 Proxy Websites – Hosting of proxy or anonymity-based websites is strictly prohibited.
1.10 Storage Misuse – Web space is only for hosting website files. Storage of unrelated data or software is not allowed.
1.11 Media Hosting – Hosting MP3 or video files is not permitted.
1.12 File Hosting / Download Sites – Sites primarily offering downloadable content are prohibited.
1.13 Bandwidth Use – Bandwidth must be used solely for the hosted website; hotlinking to other sites is not allowed.
1.14 Webmail Usage – Webmail is for temporary use only; emails should be downloaded via POP3 regularly.
1.15 Adult Sites – Hosting of adult content sites is not allowed.
2. Payment and Billing
2.1 All accounts are activated within 48 hours after successful pre-payment.
2.2 Accounts with unpaid invoices beyond 7 days may be suspended.
2.3 A re-activation fee may apply for suspended accounts.
2.4 All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Backups
3.1 Clients must maintain their own backups locally at all times.
3.2 Our company does not guarantee the completeness, availability, or accuracy of server backups.
3.3 Our company is not liable for loss of files, databases, or email data.
3.4 Clients are responsible for safeguarding their own data.
4. Security, Hacking, and Malware Disclaimer
4.1 No Liability for Hacking or Malware – Our company shall not be held responsible for any website hacking, malicious code injection, unauthorized access, or security compromise that may occur after project deployment or hosting setup.
4.2 Third-Party Plugins & Access – Any vulnerabilities arising from third-party plugins, scripts, hosting servers, or external integrations are not covered under our company’s responsibility.
5. Source Code, Ownership & Intellectual Property Policy
5.1 All source code, design files, scripts, frameworks, and technologies created or used by our company remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company.
5.2 Upon full payment, the Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the completed website or software for its intended purpose.
5.3 No Source Code or Files Provided – Our company does not share or transfer source code, project files, or backend systems under any circumstances.
Even if the website is hosted on the Client’s server, all deployed files remain the property of our company.
5.4 No File Handover Upon Termination – If a Client discontinues services or moves to another provider, our company is not obligated to provide or hand over any source files, deployed website files, or development materials.
5.5 Unauthorized Modifications – The Client must not alter, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the project without written approval from our company.
5.6 Confidentiality – All frameworks, designs, and processes used are confidential and remain proprietary to our company.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business interruption, data loss, hacking, or system downtime.
Use of our company services is entirely at the Client’s own risk.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of our company, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
Clients are responsible for checking the Terms and Conditions page regularly for updates.
